DAY: 1 Amritsar to Dharamshala (210 K.ms 4-5Hrs)

Pickup from Amritsar Airport / Railway Station by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Dharamshala, Dharamshala is 210 Kilometres from Amritsar and will take 4-5 hours to reach. Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas from the window of your cab. Check in hotel. Dinner & O/N/S.

Day: 2 Dharamshala -Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast we will move to local Sightseeing of Dharamshala which include: -Bhagshu Nag Temple,St.Jhons Church, Dal lake, and other sightseeing like- Dalai Lama temple & HPCA Ground etc. Evening shopping at MacLeod Ganj market. Dinner and ovewrnight stay.

Day: 3 Dharamshala -Bir billing- Dharmshala

After breakfast  drive to bir-biiling. On the way sightseeing of palampur tea garden, then sightseeing of Famous Baijnath shiva temple and the move for bir billing. Bir famous for paragliding. After spending some time evening back to dharmshala. Dinner and overnight stay at dharmshala hotel.

Day:4 Dharmshala to Dalhousie (120Kms 4hrs)

 After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Dalhousie. Check in Hotel and after fresh n up visit to Mall road (Subash Chownk) and Tibetan Marketand dinner at hotel. O/N hotel.

Day: 5 Dalhousie – Khajjiar -Dalhousie

After breakfast excursion to Khajjiar 25 km from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest. Khajjiar, known as one of the most charming spots in the Himalayas. (Excursion to khajjiar is subject to weather conditions) Then Evening visit toPanjipula, Subhash Baoli and Mall Roadand dinner at hotel. O/N hotel

Day: 6 Dalhousie – Amritsar

Early After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Amritsar. Drive to Amritsar, Amritsar is 200 Kilometres from Dalhousie and will take 4 hours to reach. Arrive Amritsar, check in hotel. After some fresh n up, we will move for local sightseeing like, Jallianwala Bagh&Wagha Border and dinner at hotel. O/N hotel

 Day: 7 Amritsar(Departure)

 After breakfast checkout from hotel and drop at Amritsar Airport/Railway Station with the sweet memories of Himachal Pradesh.

• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost 
• Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
• Extra bed means Extra mattress.
• AC will not work in Hill Stations.
• Heater charges are extra.
• The car may or may not have power windows.
• The above cost is based on existing tax structure, if any case the tax structure changes (vehicle & hotels) the cost will also change.
• In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason. 
• We shall not responsible for any natural climate.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Every sightseeing will depends on time
• Rohtang pass &Manikaran is not include in this package
• Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

Check-in & Checkout Policy:_

Check in – 1300 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out – 1200 Hours
Early check in & late check-outs are subject to availability.

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
• 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.

• You can deposit by cash and online in any branch of this bank.

CANCELLTION POLICY:

Prior to 45 days or more – 25% of tour cost

• Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 40% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
• Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%
• Between 6 days and in case of no show – 100%
